南京大学软件学院是教育部首批国家级示范性软件学院，2021年入选国家首批特色化示范性软件学院（关键基础软件、行业应用软件），依托软件工程一级学科和计算机软件新技术全国重点实验室，建有“江苏省实验教学中心——软件工程实验教学中心”和“国家级实验教学中心——计算机科学与软件工程实验教学中心”（与计算机学院共建）等教学平台，先后三次荣获国家教学成果二等奖，在历次学科评估中均名列前茅。学院拥有一支高素质的师资队伍，现有教授12人，副教授8人，准聘副教授6人，其中国家级领军人才2人、国家级青年人才4人等。
南京大学软件学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事软件工程领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘准聘助理教授岗位、准聘副教授岗位总数不超过10个，其中准聘副教授岗位不超过3个，特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。

4.出色的教学能力：应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力；
5.突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：应有相关研究方向的成果显示度，对相关研究领域有原创性观点，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力；
6.截至招聘公告发布之日未满40周岁（即指1986年6月11日以后出生），以有效期内的身份证件上的日期为准。如申请人已具有副高及以上职称，年龄可适当放宽；
7.身体健康。

The School of Software, Nanjing University, is one of earliest software schools established in China. In 2021, it was selected as one of the first batch of characteristic and exemplary software institutes in China (key basic software and industry application software). It hosts a number of high profile teaching and research centers, like Jiangsu Province Experimental Teaching Center-Software Engineering Experimental Teaching Center and National Experimental Teaching Center-Computer Science and Software Engineering Experimental Teaching Center (co-hosted with the Department of Computer Science). In terms of teaching, the school faculty have won the National Teaching Award three times. In terms of research, it was ranked very high by CSranking.
The School of Software, Nanjing University plans to recruit young scholars who aspire to have a career in the field of software engineering
. The application is open to scholars from all over the world. There are vacancies for tenure-track assistant professor and tenure-track associate professor (up to 10 vacancies in total, of which up to 3 is for tenure-track associate professors) this year. The applicant should

5.demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
