南京大学软件学院是教育部首批国家级示范性软件学院，2021年入选国家首批特色化示范性软件学院（关键基础软件、行业应用软件），依托软件工程一级学科和计算机软件新技术全国重点实验室，建有“江苏省实验教学中心——软件工程实验教学中心”和“国家级实验教学中心——计算机科学与软件工程实验教学中心”（与计算机学院共建）等教学平台，先后三次荣获国家教学成果二等奖，在历次学科评估中均名列前茅。学院拥有一支高素质的师资队伍，现有教授10人，副教授11人，其中国家级领军人才2人、国家级青年人才3人等。
南京大学软件学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事软件工程领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘准聘助理教授岗位、准聘副教授岗位总数不超过4个，其中准聘副教授岗位不超过1个，特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。招聘软件工程、计算机科学等各相关领域的教学科研人员，主要研究方向包括：复杂软件设计与自动化、可信软件与质量保障、软件自适应与智能化、网构软件与服务工程等。

6.截至招聘公告发布之日未满40周岁（即指1985年3月31日以后出生），以有效期内的身份证件上的日期为准。如申请人已具有副高及以上职称，年龄可适当放宽；

The School of Software, Nanjing University, is one of earliest software schools established in China. In 2021, it was selected as one of the first batch of characteristic and exemplary software institutes in China (key basic software and industry application software). It hosts a number of high profile teaching and research centers, like Jiangsu Province Experimental Teaching Center-Software Engineering Experimental Teaching Center and National Experimental Teaching Center-Computer Science and Software Engineering Experimental Teaching Center (co-hosted with the Department of Computer Science). In terms of teaching, the school faculty have won the National Teaching Award three times. In terms of research, it was ranked very high by csranking.
The School invites applications from outstanding young talents from all over the world, in all areas of software engineering and computer science. This recruitment aims to hire no more than 4 tenure-track associate professors and tenure-track assistant professors (of which up to 1 are for tenure-track associate professors). Tenured positions are also available for particularly outstanding senior scholars and application will be considered case by case. The main research directions include complex software design and automation, trusted software and quality assurance, software adaptation and intelligence, network architecture software and service engineering, etc.
The applicant should
1.abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;
2.abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
3.have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s);
4.have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
5.demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
